A high-level history of various forms of unpaid and underpaid labors and how they are systematically undervalued as a form of oppression 2. How to identify and name domestic, emotional, and community labor for their clients and validate their efforts 3. Various frameworks for validating client's labors and evaluating their usefulness in the pursuit of their personal values and goals. After years of practicing traditional psychodynamic therapy, Lucinda has shifted her private practice focus to offer coaching for individuals of all ages, couples, and groups all over the world. In addition to her coaching practice, Lucinda is the Lead Clinical Trainer for The Fair Play Method, consultant for multigenerational family businesses and families of high or ultra-high net worth, past facilitator for Harvard Business School’s Families in Business Executive Education program, designer and former teacher of a curriculum for high school and college peer counseling programs, creator of Lake House’s signature Birth Process Group, and frequent guest and keynote speaker for corporate conferences, employee resource groups, and several Fortune 500 companies leadership teams. Lucinda’s coaching specialties include men’s mental health, perinatal mental health for all family members, LGBTQ+ youth and parents, and emerging executives in high-performing workplaces and/or male-dominated industries. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Southern California, advanced training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International, and is a credentialed neurodivergent affirming clinician from Cascadia Training.
